Willie Mae, a neighbor, used to ask my roommates and I that when I lived in West Philadelphia. We didn't always have good things cookin but she usually took us up on whatever it was we were cooking or would take us up on the offer to go get her a cheese steak. She always always always said "Don't let them steal your joy!" She was 80 something and had been in the same Tuesday morning bible study for 50 something years...but, I digress. This post isn't supposed to be about Willie Mae, although I do miss her.

Pioneer Woman I now know how to make the

Everything tasted great but the Chicken and Avocado Soup was AMAZING! My favorite recipe of the summer so far. I found it on my new fave cooking website called
Skinny Taste. The girl cooks real healthy, has great recipes, and has great pictures. Until next time...
