Ruby went to her one month appointment at the doctor's office yesterday. She is now 6 pounds 2 oz and 20 1/8 inches long. She is growing and growing everyday. The doctor was very pleased with her growth and how she is doing developmentally (following objects with her eyes, cooing, lifting her head, etc.). Brian and I are trying to enjoy each minute of our time with her right now because we already see that she is growing so fast and will be a little independent girl before we know it. This picture is from last weekend when we were getting ready to go to the Harvest Homecoming festival. Ruby slept through it all of course but her parents enjoyed some tasty fair food.
