We celebrated Christmas with Ruby and my parents in Louisville on Christmas Eve. We enjoyed Brian reading a kids book to Ruby about the first Christmas; some quiche and cinnamon rolls; and watching her new Veggie Tales St. Nicholas movie.

This week we made some Christmas treats to give to our friends and family. I found this great white chocolate peppermint popcorn recipe and it was AMAZING!

Happy Birthday (yesterday) to Ruby and Telia's Grandpa Laffin!

Late night with Telia

We think Telia has her days and nights a little bit confused which has been pretty exhausting for us lately. I know it will get better but when we are trying to get her to sleep at 2:00 a.m. it can seem pretty hopeless. I was reminded of Psalm 131 this morning...my friend Sarah sent it to me when Ruby was 2 days old.
